General Conditions and
Information
Collision Damage Waiver
(CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver is mandatory and is charged according
to different car groups.
Free Mileage
Rates include unlimited mileage.
Gasoline
Rates do not include
gasoline. However, one full tank is provided at the check-out to be
refilled at the renter's expense. It is always recommended to return
the vehicle with the same fuel level provided at the time of check
out, to avoid the extra refueling services charges of
Rs.200.00.
Minimum Charges
Minimum charge is two days. Additional hour is calculated at
one-fifth of the daily rate applicable.
Renter's Qualification
Minimum age to qualify for rental is
21 years with an Avis
honored charge card and valid driving license. An international
driving permit is also required for Non Pakistani license
holders.
One Way Rental
One way rental permissible between cities with AVIS Stations
only. The one way fee is calculated by multiplying the distance with
Rs.12.00 per
km.
Collection and Delivery
Collection and delivery service available within city
limits only to pre-qualified renters during business hours at an
additional charge of Rs.400.00
Insurance
Insurance includes unlimited third party liability for
bodily injury and property damage. Rates also cover each passenger
up to a maximum of Rs.1,00,000.00 (Max.3 passengers in a vehicle). All insurance claims are
payable in local currency and in Pakistan only.
Terms Of Payment
No cash rentals. Only AVIS and AVIS honored charge cards
accepted towards payment of rentals. We accept American Express,
Visa , Master card and JCB as Avis honored cards.
Taxes
All taxes, parking fees, traffic
fines etc, when applicable are payable by the renting party.
Extension of Rental
Should the renter wish to extend rental beyond the previously
agreed terminating date and time, it is most important that the
renting station is advised immediately. Failure to do so
may mean that the renter is driving the vehicle without
insurance, and violating the terms and conditions of the rental
agreement.
Personal Property
AVIS accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any
property carried in or on the car.
